Supporting Frustrated Fiction Writers as They Tackle Imposter Syndrome.

It is hard to face down the imposter monster. Even published authors are plagued with anxiety. And writers find themselves in the frustrating loop of writing while a little voice whispers they aren’t good enough?

Fuhgeddaboudit…

Too many ideas and stalling in the middle of the manuscript or rejection after rejection while querying. Self-doubt likes to put up road blocks telling writers to quit when they are just getting started.

Hi, I’m Kyle Turley

Yes, like that Kyle Turley.

I just coach writers instead of football players.

I’m an Author Accelerator Certified Book Coach, and I am on a mission to support frustrated writers as they confront imposter syndrome and learn to send their self-doubt packing.

Like any good coach, I give perspective and a little tough love. It isn’t easy to hear the thing you poured your heart into doesn’t work. Writing is hard…and personal.

I promise to always be honest, even if it hurts to hear. No asshole vibes.

But Kyle, what the hell is a hype girl?

I’m so glad you asked.

What’s Your Struggle?

It isn't always clear what struggle is blocking your writing. So, it's time to stop hiding from it and start diagnosing it.

This short quiz helps look at what is getting in the way.

If you get mixed results, don’t get overwhelmed and try to tackle them all at once. Focus on one thing at a time.

Or choose directly from the four struggles:

Does that voice in your head keeping telling you to stick to your day job and throw your pages in the trash?

I got you.

  • "Kyle’s key insight was that I’d spent so much time building the reality TV atmosphere that I’d lost sight of the core issue: at it’s heart, the book is a thriller. My protagonist wasn’t truly in danger throughout the book. She was right."
